Hourly Service

Not looking for a contract? No problem, we offer competive rates to help get your IT needs handled in a timely manor. We even offer after-hours service to eliminate the impact of your business during the day.

 

Block Time Agreement

GFI's Block Time Agreement gives you the option to purchase up to 20 hours of service at a reduced rate. You decide when to use the hours. We also will not charge you full rate if you go over your original puchase. We will simply draw up a new agreement with additional hours at the reduced rate. We also offer reduced rate for extended service and emergency service with this agreement.

 

Guardian Angel Plan

Our most popular option. The Guardian Angel Plan (GAP) provides you with regularly scheduled visits based on the size of your company. Our pricing is based on the number of workstations and servers connected to your network and nothing more. If you need service outside of your regular visit there is no additional charge during regular business hours. We also offer a reduced rate for extended and emergency service with this agreement.
